CAF have shortlisted 5 finalist for African player of the year award for 2016 

The likes of Chelsea midfielder John Mikel Obi, Manchester city forward Kelechi Iheanacho and Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi were unfortunate to make the 5 man finalist that was shortlisted for the 2016 Glo-CAF awards.
